Insightful guide to lifting Depression
An excellent portrayal of the thought disorders which lead to feelings of depression which I have not read about in other text. Simply written and easy to comprehend and relate to. The accent of the writer is at times difficult to decipher so concentrated reading is required. This book is a must for anyone who wants to understand the causes and hence focus changes to alter a depressive mindset. It is not really a story but a very effective guide to how to improve depression and well worth the investment of time to read.
