Great Short Story, Space adventure drama
I really enjoyed this short story; it was completely different to what I expected. I thought it would be justr a space adventure, but it was much more and though quite sad also full of hope.
Bacchus is a man, he’s old, washed up and drug dependent and spent years roaming the universe, but he wants to go home now. His ship is damaged and he has to stop at the nearest station for repairs, unfortunately he isn’t welcome very there. A girl on the run approaches him asking for passage on his ship, he refuses, but she stows away with him. The stories of the unlikely travel companions unfold...
This audio book is narrated Jonathan M Matthews, he speaks clearly and concisely and his voice is pleasant and suits the story.
