About this listen

Nathaniel and Chasan are no ordinary angels.

Destiny chose them to be twin flames, fated mates. But Nathaniel has avoided Chasan for nearly a thousand years.

When sent to Earth on a mission to live and work together, Nathaniel comes face-to-face with his destiny. Short-tempered, petulant, and grumpy, he hates the idea of being fated to anyone and has chosen an existence of isolation rather than spending time with the calm, kind, and serene Chasan. But now he has no choice.

One is fire, the other is air; a true dichotomy of angels. Together they will be ignited, or they will be extinguished. This assignment will seal their fate either way.

Fantastic, Excellent, Totally Entertaining!!

NRW has definitely outshone writing this story, excellently crafted, and seeing what humanity could be and the possibility of angels walking and living among us.

Highly amusing and great humility and humour well mixed - will have you laughing one minute (especially the MC Hammer moment - definitely look out for that one, had me in fits of laughter), and tearing up in another.

NJR narrates this audiobook outstandingly - he is definitely the right person for this and brings the characters realistically to life.

I cannot praise this audiobook enough - just an excellent feelsy book and guaranteed to make your day 😊👍😁

5🌟‘s across the board from me and rightfully so 👼😇

2.5 stars - tiresome

Was I listening to a different book to everyone else? Why all the good ratings? I usually love N.R. Walker books but this one was so tiresome and really dragged. I was wishing for it to end. The first two thirds of the story could have been condensed down to half the size and it might have been better - but Nathanial’s stance got boring fast. However, even with that the plot was all a bit meh. I feel left in a book slump and really hope my next purchase lifts me. Please get back to your good writing N.R. Walker! There’s a few I’ve not got recently because of bad reviews so I think they might be in a writer’s lull.
