Brining Mobility Back

This comprehensive guide to wall Pilates for seniors is fantastic for low-impact strength building, suitable for any age. I got this book for my mom, who's in her 60s and has had hip and knee replacements. She wants to be more active and already walks a lot, but she needed to build more core and upper body strength. This book has been an excellent, easy-to-follow guide for her, allowing her to have more range of motion and strength.

Loved it!

This is an excellent audiobook for seniors looking to take better care of their bodies in a way that is effective while minimizing the risk of injury. Easy on the joints

I love that this book focuses on low-impact exercises that are easy on my joints. The instructions are clear and the book isn't overwhelming either. There are short workouts that fit into my day, and a four-week plan that gradually increases difficulty. And I like that there are modifications so I can make the exercises easier or harder depending on how I'm feeling.

Perfect Wall Pilates book for us older people

I just loved this book. The author packed easy-to-follow workouts into a safe senior-level ability. If you are a senior like me and you find your flexibility and balance deteriorating, then this book is for you. I really like how this book includes a number of 10-minute workouts that seem effortless. Also included are breathing exercises and exercises to improve brain health. If you are a senior, this book needs to be in your workout arsenal.
