I loved this book

I have just started to steam vegetables since our garden is now producing fresh organic summer squash, beans and corn. So far all have turned out super delicious and full of flavor. I recommend this book.

I love this guide

I have tried at least 8 recipe is from this cookbook, and have not been disappointed yet. Not only are the recipes good, but the book is very informative, with additional information on how to choose produce, tips on preparing produce easier, etc. I feel like cooks of all levels could benefit from this book! Best one

The food had been delicious and healthy! It takes a very realistic approach to eating properly. I've made a few recipes and they are great tasting. Yes, a few recipes have high sodium but most don't.
