Good, but a few nits
narration was very well done.
lots oglf good information, but he sometimes claims that calories make you fat and wslking it off works. later he correctly states that doesn't work. it's been sufficiently established thst sugar makes you fat, amd running itvoff doesn't work.
Allso: I've tried HIIT myself and it revved up mybmetabolism so enormously, that I. was ravenousvwith hunger.

Really interesting
Lots of scientific facts and studies, explained in a way for us normal folk to understand. Lots of examples and explanations from the author himself and enjoyable to listen to. Would recommend

I do enjoy the good doctor
Very informative. love Dr Mosley's documentaries and this was the first audiobook of his I tried. recommended for any one wanting to list weight or just learn more about how the gut and micro biome works. great tips for food and more that you can use in everyday life to improve your own health.
