Too many gems of wisdom 💎
I've been a fan of Stic and his music. His workout album series inspired me to be better in my workouts, nutrition, career, education, and relationships.
The audio book was great, so many gems of wisdom, quotes and stories that I immediately wanted to share with my friends and family. All written in a humble and straight talking style.
If you listen to this book and put even parts of it into practice (as the author says: we're not trying to be perfect) then your life will be better.
