Clever approaching to dieting
This isn't your typical "weight loss" book. You won't just find a list of foods to eat and avoid. Instead it's about setting up the fundamental foundations for long term success. Full of great sensible and actionable advice!
I loved this book! It had very well researched information, very sensible and most of all full of actionable information that can lead to healthy weight loss via good food choices and healthy habits. I've recently become super interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle and have constantly looked for interesting audiobooks. A lot of other audiobooks I purchased tended to have very standard information that can easily be found online, but this one stood out to me because it contained so much information backed by the latest science. Other weight loss books that are packed with research are too often very jargon-y and difficult to follow and stay engaged. The flow, writing style, and narration kept me engaged and interested throughout. I had no idea what Frankenfoods were and how common it is everywhere. Simple changes in produce purchases have really made a huge impact on my weight, sleep, and overall energy throughout the day.
I highly recommend this for anyone looking to start a weight loss journey or anyone who is interested in science-based food advice and recommendations. It's truly a game changer!
