Perfect gift for my mum!

My mother who is now in her 60's had heard of intermittent fasting but thought it as more of a 'younger persons' thing. I myself have tried it and have noticed a big improvement in overall feeling and fitness so advised her to get started with it herself. I downloaded this audiobook and told her she's got to give it a listen! Needless to say she absolutely loved it, especially how clearly everything was presented and how the complex topics discussed were broken down so that anyone could understand them. 5*!!

Great education!

I’ve heard if intermittent fasting but never knew what it actually was. This audiobook has introduced me to what it really is. It has small, clear bite sized chapters which really help you digest the information easily. Because the chapters were small sized, it was easy for me to go back to them and listen to them over, rather than rewind back - so I found that useful for the author to implement!

A great weight loss method!

I got this for my relative and it will be a fantastic resource for weight loss! Intermittent fasting is simply powerful and holds so much benefits for your body but it has to be done right, with the help of this book you won't get lost on your way to learning and understanding how you can be involved in this activity! It brushes on advantages and disadvantages so you're better informed and aware of the topic. The realistic goals that you can make are well explained as well. The narration was well done that makes the information easy to absorb. I give this 5 stars!

Great weight-loss solution

I had heard of intermittent fasting but didn't really know a lot about it. This book provided me with all the answers and gave me ideas about how to proceed with using intermittent fasting to lose weight. This book has a lot of good information and even includes recipes I can use and exercises I can do at home. It's a complete package. I recommend this book. Buy it, lose weight and keep the weight off.

Perfect Book For Women Over 50

My mother has become pre-diabetic and so I started to investigate how to best help her. This book covers all the information we needed to get her on the right path. So thank you Violeta. I highly recommend this boom for any women over 50 as your body functions differently at this age and intermediate fasting is more appropriate.

Very Soothing and Peaceful Listen

This audiobook gives advice on healthy living and has a great foundational program to not only manage weight loss but to live a longterm lifestyle for better health (especially for women over 50). It even gave useful information regarding the process on how to achieve weight loss. Although this is specifically for women over 50, the concepts can be applied to any one and overall it's engaging and it's an educational listen.

Fantastic!

This book is fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone at any age. It is packed full of all the information you need to lose those extra pounds and live a longer life. I learned so much from this book. So if you, too, are looking for a healthy change, you need to listen to this!

Loved it!

Amazing tips tricks and insight . It really is an all inclusive guide, filled with so much information covering the intermittent fasting from A to Z. I especially enjoyed the recipes and exercises since I am at home full time. I feel motivated and ready to implement all that I have learned. Great narration as well.

Amazing guide to intermittent fasting!

I always thought I knew what intermittent fasting was before listening to this audiobook. After listening to this audiobook it's safe to say I have learned a lot!

I'm going to share this with my mum, I think she will benefit massively from it. I love the additional exercise tips, and recipes to help you through your journey - it's a massive help!!

Very resourceful

My mum has been struggling with her weight for a long time, and this has had an effect on her mood. I have been on a search for books that can help guide her. I think I just found it.
