Soothing and Empowering
For anyone going to through a relationship break up, a difficult time or generally soul-searching - this book is for you. Sara will take you on a journey of clarity, explaining what goes wrong in a marriage and what you can do to move forward. The author speaks from compassion and wisdom, whilst also providing useful empowering exercises which help you to make better decisions and take back control of your life. You very much get the feeling that Sara knows what you're going through and is a companion walking with you through your difficult phase. Everyone and anyone could benefit from this book. It's one that i'm sure I'll refer to again and again.
