Great book

Definitely felt I needed to change something in my life but never understood how or what to do. What I loved about this book were the 6 tests that help figure out why I have the issues I do in my life. I was able to pinpoint some really crucial and personal stuff that opened my eyes. About a week later, I already started seeing improvements. I can change the way I see things now because I know what's causing the problem. It simply started with reading this book.

A Complete Guide to A Healthy Blueprint

This book provides good strategies for setting up healthier meals, exercising plans, and making lifestyle choices step by step. I am generally making healthier choices and this book helps me in a greater scale especially I was able to design more systematically such as an eating plan. Narrator did well too.

Bought this audiobook as my life was needing comprehensive makeover, from career and diet to physical recreation and social life. Reset Your Life for a Healthy You covers all aspects of your life to help you live in the healthiest, most balanced way possible. It starts with addressing your mindset and attitude towards your life, helping you change those base level negative beliefs that stand in the way of your own growth.

The book then gets into the various strategies for achieving an optimum balance through diet, with physical exercise recommendations and instructions. The narrator is easy to follow and keeps the listener engaged throughout the entire book.
For anyone looking to reset their life, they definitely have to check this title out!

Alternative solutions to common problems

I like that this book begins with the thesis that many of your underlying health issues can be solved by dietary changes. I've favored a more natural approach myself over the past few years and I'm glad I found this book when I did. Narration quality is fantastic too!

This book will make your life better!

So why do I give this 5-stars?
Because it is very well researched, but also, intermingles the findings into practical steps and compliments them with lifestyle choices and tips. It is no easy task but this book does it.
And to top it off the performance from the narrator is upbeat and engaging, you won't nod off in listening to this one.

That is why, and it goes without saying but highly recommend this book!

Very inspiring book on health!

This audiobook was a very inspiring listen! If you're feeling lost or overwhelmed with your health, look no further than this book. It gives you simple and practical steps in starting your journey to better health. It doesn't just have diet tips, but gives you insights into workouts and mindset tricks. I was very surprised with how much I benefitted from the content and would highly recommend this listen. The narration is also really well done and is very clear. Well-done!

reset you life - secrets shared

Great book, full of helpful tips to live a better life.
I am a quite stressed person but I think this audiobook has a lot of advice to offer. Someone is from commonsense (but is always nice that someone tells you), others are just eye-opening ones.
I liked the narration quality as well.
Highly recommend.

the author speaks plainly, explaining concepts in an easy to understand manner that makes sense.

THE SECRETS TO FOOD HEALTH.

Well written by Pure Smart Life and well narrated by Hilary, this book is full of interesting data. I liked the Lab tests for imbalances. I liked the Superfoods section and i use this in my life. The Natural recipes were cool. Starting with a clean slate then Clean eating is important and removing toxins section was good, covering good and backfiring detox .

Answers to our health we all need to know

This book really surprised me. I had no idea how many harmful chemicals were present in our everyday food. All the tricks food companies use to make processed food addictive, all the variants of sugar, chemical processing by farmers, inflammation cause and effects, and the long list of associated diseases to poor diet. I recommend this book as essential foundation learning for any person looking to take control of their health
