Summary
Coy Mason is a jerk.
If there is one truth that Bellamy Davenport knows, it’s that. Well, that, and the fact she didn’t mean to hurt him. Physically. Coy can’t be hurt emotionally because he doesn’t have a heart.
Coy is not just the small-town, literal boy next door. He’s a heartbreaking, womanizing, mischief-making (and delicious) man and was all of those things well before he became a hot-shot country music sensation.
He’s a dream standing in her doorway with no shirt, messy hair, and a “Do you wanna"? grin. But he’s also a nightmare for her heart, and she knows it.
Their enemies-to-lovers relationship always ends the same way - heavy on the enemies, light on the lovers.
So, why is she still standing there?
Author's Note: Reputation is a stand-alone novel with heat and heart. No cliff-hanger.

From the heart
This book felt so very honest and a true reflection of emotion. I loved the back story from their youth and the realisation & growth of their love. Great narration, listened in one day.

Loved it!!
Reputation is the second book in the Mason Family series and is Coy and Bellamy's story. I loved the two lead characters! And Tor and Kai really bring them to life. The spark between them is scorching and their journey is just addictive. There are so many layers to this story and the world the author has created leads me wanting more. I can't wait to return to the Mason family for the next book in the series!

Wow those voices swoon worthy
I am a huge fan of Adriana Locke books, love to read them, but I was given a promo code for audio book.
Kai and Tor make this story come alive with their voices, I started the book on my way to work then I had to put my headphones in just cause I wanted to listen some more before I know it I Am driving home from work am on the last chapter and I am in love with Bellamy and Coy.
The story is a second chance romance Coy life brings him home so he can lay low while waiting for his new record deal to come through. While home he runs into childhood friend/the girl next door who wants nothing to do with him and Coy does not know why Bellamy is so mad at him. As Coy manipulates his way into her daily life can he repair their friendship and show Bellamy what she means to him.

Friends to enemies to lovers
I enjoyed this book and it’s characters. This book has lots of feels. One character is dealing with their dad having stage 4 cancer and how they don’t have any family as a support system. In my opinion there was more inner dialogue than I like, that being said it took me a bit to get into the book. The narration was great. I definitely recommend this book. 🎧Audiobook Obsession

Didn’t enjoy
Honestly I didn’t enjoy this story. I struggled to attach to the characters, I found myself attaching to a side character more. Sorry.

The character study was compelling
I wasn’t overly sold on this story. Sure, there were elements I really enjoyed. Especially everything about Coy and his career, and the decisions he has to make. And Bellamy and the way she takes care of her father. But the relationship between Bellamy and Coy? I could barely see it.
They’re supposed to have a past together, but we merely have a glimpse of it. Then, the falling out, and the explanation didn’t stand for me. Finally, the hate changes back to love way too quickly. The romance part of the story didn’t do it for me at all, which is frustrating for a romance novel.
The character study was compelling though. I loved the relationships between the various characters–Bellamy and her father, Bellamy and Coy’s family, Coy and Bree, Coy and his own family… Even the hostile relationships, like between Coy and Meadow.
If the narration wasn’t bad per say, I didn’t enjoy it that much either. Maybe if I did, I’d have liked this book better. As it was, I didn’t hate it, but I definitely expected more.
