Interesting read
Quite an interesting read, enjoyed the latter end of the book as it talks about self regression and signs of past lives.

A great summary of the history of reincarnation
This is a nice, succinct reference work, reviewing the history of thought - and current thinking - surrounding both reincarnation, and past lives. As a hypnotherapist, I found the sections dealing with past lives particularly interesting and relevant, and the excellent narrator's emphasis and tone shows he had a good grasp of the sometimes complex ideas propounded by the author. Well done both!

Extremely brief and unconvincing
Nicely written and well narrated however more information is available from google. I did find the brief bios on past lives interesting but again, there was no depth or analysis.
