Love This!

Having only done a tiny bit of yoga before I wasn't sure if a yoga audiobook was going to be good for me, would I need more visuals or advice? But I shouldn't have worried, this was amazing, the author has thought of everything and has you covered for any help and support you might need. It was so soothing to listen to and everything is simply explained, there is plenty time to get into positions and I love that there is even time to grab some water. I would highly recommend!

A must for pregnancy!

Yoga is great for the body and the mind so naturally it's going to be good for pregnancy. This audio book is definitely a must for any pregnant lady interested in trying yoga, this book makes it easy to do with an easy to follow guide. Really enjoyed and would recommend.
