Loved this!
This is a short listen, but filled with powerful affirmations to get your mind in the right zone as you fall asleep. Listening to positive affirmations as you fall asleep is a wonderful way of getting them to stick in your mind, and this was a great selection of affirmations to listen to over and over.
The narration was great, and this was a beautiful sleeping aid.

Happy sleeping :)
I find that generally when I fall asleep happy I also wake up happy. So I like to do my best to be in a positive mindset before bed. This book did just that. It left me feeling positive and I fell asleep with a smile on my face. And that made waking up in the morning much easier.

Make every sleep your best!
The affirmations on this book are great as they soothing and relaxing. This is great if you come home from a long day at work. You'll get relaxed and sleepy within minutes, and will wake up rejuvenated. So if you want something calming during bedtime, then listen to this book. I highly recommend it.

Sleep like a baby!
My new favorite thing to put on before bed. It realizes all my anxiety and stress from the day and really puts me into a relaxed state. Highly recommend putting it on while you are getting ready for bed, and then, within a few minutes of lying down, you will be very relaxed!

Great tool for relaxation and sleep!
I recently listened to the audiobook Positive Affirmations A Guided Sleep Meditation for Beginners and was immensely impressed with the quality of the narration and the calming background music. The narrator's voice has a soothing quality that draws you in and helps to set the tone for relaxation. The affirmations are delivered with care and grace, and the music really helps keep you in the pocket of the relaxation process. Great audiobook to help with relaxation and facilitate a peaceful sleep. Highly recommend!

LOVELY
Not going to lie, I use these to fall asleep. I've been learning a lot of about the subconscious and know that even if I fall asleep listening to these affirmations, they'll impact me just as much. They are so lovely, would recommend.
