Super easy to follow and has delicious recipes.

This book is super easy to follow and has delicious recipes. There is lots of information. I would recommend this to anyone that was making this a life long diet or even just a cleanse.

Perfect for beginners

The recipes are simple and don’t require a ton of ingredients. This is helpful for different vegan recipes. I find them very easy to cook/prepare.

This cookbook has some really tasty recipes that are easy to follow! Katie covers the essential details of becoming a whole food plant-based. This is a wonderful guide for beginners and experienced alike.
