Summary

Athletes need to take the right quantity of proteins to maintain their strength! That’s why, the vast majority of the athletes have to follow high-protein eating plans that are almost always meat-based. What if high-protein eating plans could be based on healthier components such as vegetables?

In fact, it’s not true that you have to take a lot of meat; you can get even more proteins following a plant-based diet. But how can you do that?

You can discover it by listening to Plant-Based Diet for Athletes by Jacob Torres, nutritionist and athlete, as well. It is a complete nutrition guide that will give you a plan for a healthier lifestyle.

A wasted credit

Extemely basic content, no evidemce for claims, no metrics, dull narration. gives a bumch of super elaborate rdcipes instead of criteria for configuring meals.
However, if the reader is new to healthy eating, this could be a first step.
