Dr. Judy Mikovits is a modern-day Rosalind Franklin, a brilliant researcher shaking up the old boys' club of science with her groundbreaking discoveries. And like many women who have trespassed into the world of men, she uncovered decades-old secrets that many would prefer to stay buried.
From her doctoral thesis, which changed the treatment of HIV-AIDS, saving the lives of millions, including basketball great Magic Johnson, to her spectacular discovery of a new family of human retroviruses, and her latest research which points to a new golden age of health, Dr. Mikovits has always been on the leading edge of science.
With the brilliant wit one might expect if Erin Brockovich had a doctorate in molecular biology, Dr. Mikovits has seen the best and worst of science. When she was part of the research community that turned HIV-AIDS from a fatal disease into a manageable one, she saw science at its best. But when her investigations questioned whether the use of animal tissue in medical research were unleashing devastating plagues of chronic diseases, such as autism and chronic fatigue syndrome, she saw science at its worst. If her suspicions are correct, we are looking at a complete realignment of scientific practices, including how we study and treat human disease.
Recounting her nearly four decades in science, including her collaboration of more than 35 years with Dr. Frank Ruscetti, one of the founders of the field of human retrovirology, this is a behind the scenes look at the issues and egos which will determine the future health of humanity.

excellent book, highly recommended
This book is an incredibly important resource for anyone who wants to understand the development of vaccines over the years. It is very enlightening about the corruption that exists within this industry and provides excellent ideas for improving the industry

truth has a vibration which resonate in every page
this book is a must read in these unprecedented times, and the title is perfect for what is going on right now in 2019-2020. as we can most definitely see the plague of corruption fully unveiled, and presented as a pandemic, or plandemic as we call it. this book talks truth to power and the vibration of that truth is unmistakable in this book and on every page. Wonder woman has nothing on Judy Michovitz. she is a true life super hero. May the creator keep and bless her.

Quality read for truth seeking people. This book reveals the rottenness at the top of the medical scientifical field, from an author who lived it, worked in it and got out with her life saved

Excellent book
Excellent, detailed account with many revelations. Highly recommended. Some of the detail may be challenging but it is well worth persevering.

Truth about vaccines and beyond.
Dr. Mikovits's voice must be heard by many humans as possible. It educates and gives us great potential in humanity.

Incredible & Brave Woman
It is despicable what has happened to Judy and others like her. Something has to change and these corrupt people and system the world over need to be brought to account and the real hero’s such as Judy to be heard and listened to.
I have utter respect for this lady and her brave colleagues.

Great content, lousy narrator
The book is a must read, very informative and full of medical data. Not the easiest to digest content, so it would help if the narrator could actually read. It's hard to listen to her mumbling every other word.
