What a journey

As I'm getting slightly older, my focus when is come to training is less about how I look and more about how I feel, keeping fit with a decent range of movement. But wow, I didn't come for the extra tips on food and supplements but I have welcomed them and I feel more motivated than ever. The PDF that comes with the audiobook is also a great addition to be able to revisit the exercises in the future.

Trainning and Living Healthy

I agree that we all need to exercise, eat healthy, and do yoga because if we do not, we will not grow or stay healthy, which will help us live longer. Although I don't need to lose weight, feeling stronger and having more flexibility, balance, and control is what I need to do on my day. My mom never exercised, and when she fell to the ground, she was in extreme pain. This audiobook best fits people struggling to lose weight and experienced people to fill them with the needed knowledge. Its a great audiobook.

Taken by surprise

This book has been an ultimate tool to get back into shape. I let myself go after a recent injury and I didn't have the push to bounce back, until I listened to this book. The 12 week programme is well explained and outlined for anyone to pick up. It is an all round pick me up! The pilates were great for at home on my mat, but the advice on weight training and diet was an added bonus! I like how the book allows you to progress as I was seriously unfit at the start of the 12-weeks! If you need a new fitness regime -- this is for you!

Great workout book

This is a great starting point that includes pilates, weight/strength training, and also healthy eating. It is broken up into 12 weeks to make it very easy to follow and even easier to stick to. I'd recommend this to anyone who is struggling to get started. It's an excellent, comprehensive guide that covers all the bases for you.
