Very Disappointing ending

After really enjoying the series, I am very disappointed with the ending. The book starts of with the same excitement that I grown to expect. But it is ruined by the the last twenty minutes. I have to be careful here that I don't give out any spoilers. All I can say is that everything was going along in it's exciting fashion that is up to the last twenty minutes. It gives the impression that the author was told to get the book finished as quickly as possible which in my opinion the ending was quickly attached nearly out of fresh air with barely any consideration to the plot and storylines of what occurred previously and leaves the reader unsatisfied particularly when compared to all that happened before. It would be nice if I could ask the author a few questions about the the ending and how it came about and get a bit of clarification.
