It simply works!
Very good affirmations if you want to embrace change in your life!
I never tried affirmations, though that it's silly trending things, but.. I discovered it actually works!
It helps to structure my thoughts, to improve mood and spirit, to become more confident, calm and realize you have your inner source of happiness.
I use this audio for 10-20 min in the morning with my morning routine, and I feel the difference.
