Summary
Why should you listen to Warren Buffet despite his poor eating habits? What can a farmer teach us about living more fulfilled lives? And what does a spider on LSD have to tell us about the quest for happiness?
This is an audiobook of questions, ideas, and perspectives. They are short, but to the point. These ideas cover all facets of personal development - from creativity, health, and happiness to perspectives on how we can view various aspects of our lives. Sometimes they will make you laugh, but mostly they will make you think.
The chapters are short and meant to be pondered over coffee, and/or on the toilet. Give one a listen, consider its implications, and ask yourself, "What do I think of this idea?" If it’s an idea you don’t like, discard it. But if you like it, then take some action; whether you share it or use it in your life is up to you.

A smorgasbord of easy-to-swallow life tips
Misha's short and sweet book is full of of eye-openers, a smorgasbord of tips so that surely anyone who listens to it will find something useful for their own lives. Richard is pleasant to listen to and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this on my trip from my midsummer celebrations about two hours away. Give it a listen!

My mind and ears had a pretty good time.
I find most advice on how to live yourself is a trite sentiment with a different lick of paint,
but this was filled with new ideas that hit just right.
a real great listen, Narrator does great work with some of the dryer-comedic moments n'
I can see myself revisiting this regularly when my brain needs a pick me up.
Definitely recommend givin' it a try.
