I would highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the message and the overall authenticity of the author and her willingness to pay her experience forward. This book is a great opportunity to contemplate what is important in life and re-evaluate priorities. I would highly recommend it.

It's good to hear it over and over.

The book is just plain down to earth practical living. I was listening to it the second time. Allyson Hodge has a way of writing that way. Honestly, the book lifts my spirits each time I listen to it! We can change our life by changing out mind and decluttering place we live.

I highly recommend this intelligent.

I highly recommend this intelligent, well-written and narrated book. It will provide you with all sorts of new information that you can put into effect immediately. The main idea of the spiritual part of this book is - "Now" is the only time you can do anything. Absolutely love it!

An excellent book!

An excellent book. I highlight some ideas, and, after I am back to this book again, I find more things to highlight again. We have so much to learn. The only thing you can get from constant rush is stress. And more stress. Also, it's the only thing you will lose if you slow down. Wise and straight to the point. Absolutely love this overview of minimalism and simplifying of life.

This book is awesome!

This is the first book that really made me think about minimalism as a whole. Yes it defines it, but it also gives journaling topics that are specific to a personal definition of minimalism. it is not another Marie Kondo, "clear out your physical clutter" book. It is a life centering journey. Allyson Hodge provides a process to look at all areas of life and how values set priorities. It combined all these different self help trends - goal-setting, happiness, journaling, decluttering, habit forming, mindfulness, even financial planning and puts it all in perspective to help give individual direction to the journey.

Best books on minimalism.

This is one of the best books on minimalism. Enjoyable and useful read, helps you clean up your spiritual and physical life, as well as declutter your home and wardrobe. You need to apply the concept to your life. Just implement those principles into your life, and you'll see many positive changes. Family-friendly book!

Contains excellent advice and very helpful…

Great self-development book to understand ways to declutter your life, physically and mentally. This book is well written and easy to understand. If followed, most of the ideas Allyson shares would help to organize and simplify your lifestyle. It would be an excellent buy for someone interested in slowing down their pace of life and transforming their behavior. I like the short, concise chapters, which are easy to remember and to follow.
