Chris Addison makes this audiobook

His great performance and range of voices make this a good book not the best novel and a disappointing ending.

Good listen if you persevere

Book was hard to get into at first but the narrator was excellent and that brought the characters- most of whom were not very likeable! - alive. But the juxtaposition of a coming of age of 20 somethings with the pointless and cruel Bosnian conflict was very poignant. I enjoyed it more and more as it went on
