Absolutely rubbish
There is no language training in this book it is all slushing of water in Chapter4 there is some talking but no french all English and then stopped.

what a joke
If this book wasn’t for you, who do you think might enjoy it more?
Are you serious? This 'book' is nothing but sounds of the ocean and the occasional 'let your mind relax' nonsense. There is no language lesson at all. Don't get it unless you need help falling asleep listening to an annoying voice and endless swooshing sounds.

Loved it
I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Having read previous reviews which were less than favourable, I wasn't sure about downloading this title, but having listened to the sample and with the knowledge that the title could be returned if it really was that bad, I purchased it. The narrator's voice is clear, soothing and calming, the background music is very relaxing, and although I have problems falling asleep, I was asleep in no time.
Some of the comments mentioned that "there wasn't any French spoken". The way subliminal messaging works, is that your conscious mind doesn't register the sounds which are working on your subconscious mind, so you wouldn't hear any of the underlying 'instructions' (if that's what they are). I for one will continue with this, even if it is to help me fall asleep! Thought it was excellent value for money, and if it improves my French learning all the better!

This just works
Where does Learn French rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I love this system and intend to use this every night until I attain high fluency in French. I am using this in conjunction with Paul Noble's French lessons
What was one of the most memorable moments of Learn French?
The mediation session is bliss and would use it, even if I didn't want to learn a language
