EXCELLENT!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Well if they had sleep issues then yes definitely! I myself was recommend this book by a friend and i loved it, finally helped me with my long lasting sleep issues.

Not really a scene but I liked how it was peppered with advice thru out.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes but i broke it up over a few days.

Any additional comments?

Great narration. Book was very easy to understand. All of the advice was not difficult to apply. Really grateful for this book, it has helped me so much.

Sleeping better.

I have listened to this book THREE times now and taken notes. Finding the tips to actually be very effective and I am very grateful that it is all very realistic.

I would go as far to say this book should be rename the insomnia cure, as it most certainly was for me.

Fear gone

Tried many many things over the years to get rid of this horrible fear - this book is the ONLY thing that had any real lasting positive difference.
