Great read

Excellent listen. Motivational and can see a similarity with Tregs and myself. Get the basics right and it works. Trust the process and feel and see the results.

Epic fitness tips in this book

I prefer it when the author narrates their own books as it comes across so much better and this book is no exception to that, Coach Tregs comes across sincerely and shares his experiences and learnings.

Coach Tregs provides a comprehensive toolkit to weight management via simple systems. These are made simple, and he explains the science with techniques such as intermittent fasting not the “be all and end all” but how they keep hunger away and help keep within a calorie deficit. I could reasonate with stories, illustrating a familiar journey of experimentation and learning that now provides a solid base for managing fitness going forwards with so much better understanding to make the right decisions and not being blinded with the latest fads like Keto but understanding how low carb can reduce the hunger and ‘calories in’. I love the honesty, transparency and community the coach has built with Mens fitness and more recently how he’s helping women via body fitness. I’ve also bought the paperback for future reference and highly recommend this book and audible version. Well done Tregs, Keep On Truckin’!

kids are watching

good explanation of backstory both personally and business wise about how 30plus came about. a small pdf would have been great to explain the calories, TDEE etc in writing

loved the book from start to finish, what a fantastic inspiration coach Treg's is, there is a lot of content in the book that i can resonate with, looking forward to the second edition, keep up the good work Treg's 😉

Inspirational

Honest & insightful,
A fantastic book to kick start your better self.
It has a great flow, fast paced but ticked all the boxes you need set you up for lifestyle change, not just a 6 week plan.
But a plan for the future.
Funny, heart wrenching & full of positivity.

Highly recommended

Great book.

Does what it says on the tin, covers all aspects of life, fitness, motivation and how to get moving more.

Some awesome takeaway points and a real eye opener around food and secret eating which hit home with me.

Anyone can and will benefit from this book, give it a read.
