Intermittent Fasting

The content of this book is really interesting. It provides sound medical evidence to support intermittent fasting and provides lots of ways on how to start out and progress.

However, the narration is awful. It’s as though the narrator learned how to read aloud listening to artificial intelligence book readings. The phrasing, pauses and inflections are all over the place, which hugely distracts from the genuinely interesting content.
