Very Well Explained

The book explains and does a good job of each and every word of the title. I have read other books too on the same topic but this audio book is different as it neatly lays down the relation between fasting and developing a lean body. Very precise and simple!!

Great Audio Book

The intermittent fasting is a fast and proven way to get fitness. It is indeed very good exercise to control weight and become more attractive in few days. People spent lot of time of exercises and dieting but this intermittent fasting way is amazing.

It is amazing! The author of this book has done an excellent job and he described every part very clearly. By listening to this audio book I have learned about the intermittent fasting protocols. Inside of this book I have found some helpful tips especially for the beginners.

Good I.F Techniques
