I so loved this book!

I have read numerous books on hygge and found this one to give so much more. I loved all the extra detail that was given to explaining different ways that we can achieve a hygge lifestyle. I am thankful for this author giving a breath of fresh air to this topic. I highly recommend!

I like this book.



This Hygge book is the definitive guide that must be listened to get rid of stress. The book comes with original hygiene research. It gives you thoughts to help make your life more hygienic. highly recommended this book.

This is a helpful guidebook. Learn the danish art tradition of happiness and coziness, that exists for more than two centuries and gives you well-being feel See less. I like this book highly recommend!

practical tips

A well-written book, although short and simple. I was able to read this in a single evening. It was an interesting combination of an academic read on studies behind hygge along with simple, practical steps that one could take to incorporate hygge into their life. The steps were more practical than other hygge books I have read, and I Loved Loved Loved the incorporation of life with kids and kids getting to be more hygge into the book.

I read this book twice and delighted in as a lot of the second time as the first. Elegantly composed take a gander at the comfortable, unhurried. relationship arranged a straightforward way of life that makes Danish Hygge so engaging.

Great one

I love that the author offers ways to practice Hygge all year as I was curious about how to continue the “coziness” into Spring and Summer. This book is mindfully written and a good book to give yourself or someone else as a great gift!

Amazing and informative on Hygge.

What an amazing, informative, easy-to-read, book!! While I was already familiar with Hygge, the author added so much more interesting background. She included more detail on how to Hygge your clothes with simple ideas, like scarves. Wonderful food ideas, with recipes!!; I don't have to look them up. I felt calm just reading the book, she is so talented in sharing information in a way that makes you want to keep reading straight thru!. A definite must-read!
