Very worthy of a listen!
There is a lot of good advice in here and with a structure to it that allows to implement change. Therefore it's worthy, in my opinion, of 5 stars and your time spent listening and heeding it. It pulls from disciplines like Rational Emotive Therapy and CBT in terms of strategies to loosen the hold of negative thought patterns and free yourself from the loops that keep going in your head. It provides numerous step by step break downs to follow to question negative assumptions and, again, free up your thinking so that you can focus on more positive things or just put an end to the thoughts that bother you.

Comprehensive and full of insightful approaches
Covers a lot of content in a very accessible way. Very well structured and covers not only cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness meditation, socratic questions for cognitive strategies but also emotional regulation techniques and guidance too.
I particularly liked the section on building resilience and also found the guided meditations to be extremely useful. A great listen.

This works.
I like how all the ideas fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. It’s like they form a picture bigger than the sum of their parts. I am definitely calmer and I’m in an almost permeant mindful state. I’ve always been a skeptical science guy no room for any hippy nonsense. This however gets there’s while still being very logical and evidence based. It fixed my overthinking but it made me a better thinker.
