About this listen
Sleep training and potty training are fundamental parts of early years parenting. Are you ready to sail through them with flying colors?
Sleep and potty training are two of your worst nightmares in quick succession. Sleep deprivation is real, and there isn’t a single parent out there who doesn’t know it. The problem is, the more you struggle to get enough sleep yourself, the more daunting sleep training becomes. And when you do finally nail it (and you’re in the right place to find out exactly how it’s done), you might breathe a sigh of relief, only to realize that it’s just a matter of months before you have the next battle ahead of you: potty training.
But you're in the right place for that too. With these comprehensive guides to sleep and potty training, you can be sure that you have everything you need at your fingertips so you can spend more time enjoying your children–and less time feeling frazzled. There’s a fine art to handling both of these important milestones, but all you need is the right information and to be aware of the challenges before they arise, and you’ll ace the game.
Inside this two-book bundle, you’ll discover:
- Red flags that sleep deprivation is affecting you or your partner–plus parent-friendly sleep hygiene tips.
- A deeper insight into how newborn sleep works–build your sleep training on a strong foundation.
- A minute-by-minute breakdown of your baby’s sleep cycle as they move out of the newborn phase (plus how to help them sleep better at every stage).
- How to recognize the signs that your little one is tired: "six month sleep regression" demystified– did you know it’s actually a good sign?
- Beyond infancy–how toddlers and preschoolers sleep, and how you can help them get what they need.
- How to establish the perfect toddler-proof bedtime routine–and then advance it for preschoolers.
- The telltale signs that it’s time to ditch the afternoon nap (and the warning signs that it isn’t).

So helpful for those who have toddlers!
This book is soooo needed. It just makes so much sense that you think...why didn't I think of that before?!? Love the emphasis on consistancy. It's so helpful around bedtime. Also appreciated the bit around co-sleeping. What to be aware of with it etc. etc. Overall, couldn't be happier with this book. Well worth listening to. Narrator has a nice voice! Thanks to the author!!!

Every single parent has to have a copy
Every single parent has to have a copy of this book. It not only provided me with a more in-depth understanding of the processes involved in infant sleep, but it also assisted me in establishing a solid basis for my baby's sleep training. The ability to recognise signs of fatigue in infants often comes with a few years of experience as a parent; nevertheless, listening to this book makes the process seem simple.
I am pleased to report that listening to this book helped me comprehend the minute-by-minute breakdown of my daughter's sleep cycle as she progresses beyond the newborn phase. This is something I am happy to claim I learned.

Loved it!
A very practical audiobook on teaching how to sleep and potty training your child. It really helped me understand the triggers of when my child and how to respond accordingly - it’s something I haven’t been the best in understanding, but this audiobook definitely helped provide some great advice which I will implement. Further the advice on potty training was also informative, and the chapter on the stages and methods was what I needed to hear!

Great help for parents!
My partner and I are in the middle of transitioning our daughter to potty training and are having a hard time. I thought I would give this book a go to see if it could prove helpful. I was not disappointed! I was very impressed with Alfie's expert instruction and tips in the book, as I would have never thought of implementing the advice, and I am pleased to say that it works! A major bonus to this book is the detailed sleep training it offers, as our daughter would be inconsistent with her sleep, sometimes good, sometimes bad. All that changed once we practiced the sleep training, and she is out for the count every night and stays asleep. Overall, an excellent guide for parents of young children.
