Amazing resource for parents!

As a parent of a young child it is a common occurrence to struggle with sleepless nights. But when the cycle goes on too long it definitely starts to have a very big toll on one's body and well-being. Moreover, it is not just you who is cranky and tired the next day, your child is too and that just snowballs if nothing is done to stop the cycle. In this book, Alfie Thomas provides amazing, easy-to-implement tools and techniques to help parents break this cycle for good and help parents and young ones have good quality sleep long-term.

Child's slumberland!

We all know hard it is for the parents to stay awake as their babies don't sleep at night and keeps them awake. Sleep deprivation can lead to bad mood, emotional stress and many other conditions. The author is a life saver for all the parent's our there as he has explain such good tips to make out child sleep at night. Decreasing our babies nap time is one of the helpful way to send your child to sleep at night so both the parent's, child are happy and fresh!

Packed with interesting tips

This audiobook is a great guide to better sleep, packed with so many interesting methods and tips many of which I haven't heard of before. I found the tips to help with nighttime terrors especially useful. Would recommend this book to anyone who is losing sleep for any reason.

Sleep Like A Pro

Sleep, we all need it, but kids of a young age need sleep for their development. This book covers a number of useful ideas for improving sleep, especially for your newborn. I like the section about weaning the child off co-sleeping, it is important to get your child to sleep independently. There are lots of good tips in this book to help both child and parents get a good night's sleep, this is so important and our mental health depends on good sleep patterns. This audiobook is well narrated and produced well, I highly recommend it.

The sanity bible for new parents!

Let's face it - all new parents suffer from lack of sleep, and sorting out our infants' sleep patterns is a top priority. However, this is no easy feat. Just like the author mentions, experience helps, which is why this book is so valuable for all first-time parents, or even if sleep training has been hit and miss in the past. Let's give ourselves a break. This listen is filled with pro tips to make sure this challenging period doesn't drive us new parents crazy!

I wish I had this

As a new parent, you go through a lot of guidance and support for feeding and caring for your new one, but sleep training is often not paid too much attention to, which ends up causing sleepless nights and anxiety for new parents.

This audiobook is the answer as it equipped parents with the tools to understand bedtime habits, decode sleep, train children of different ages how to sleep and lots more. And what I particularly like about the book was the additional focus on children with special needs, which may require extra effort. A really good guide for any parent who fancies some social life or undisturbed sleep.

Essential For Parents!

This book was literally written for me and my wife. Our first son, we did not sleep train, and he’s three and still has a hard time sleeping at night. He has had horrible night terrors ever since he was a child, but as new parents, we didn’t have, any type of sleep training plan. However, with our second child, we tried to actually have a plan and she sleeps through the night. This book is an excellent resource, for those that are looking to sleep-train their children. Especially for those that are new to the process, and don’t know what it’s like to not sleep train you’re child and be up constantly all night for years.

Great for a tired mum who is ready to SLEEP

My first two kids were TERRIBLE sleepers. I'm on my third kid now and I know I HAVE to do something different with this one. This book was super informative and left me with practical tips I can use with this baby. It also showed me some of the mistakes I made with the other ones, so I know what to not repeat.

SLEEP LIKE A PRO!

A necessity for optimal health is sleep. Our bodies require sleep to heal and detoxify over night as well as to properly remember. Our bodies require certain processes that can only take place while we sleep. I absolutely appreciate that the chapters in this book are divided according to the ages of your children. You can probably skip ahead to the chapter that applies to your children's age, even though some of what you learn in previous chapters will still be useful to you in later years. This narrator is someone I've heard previously, and I really enjoy him. Make sure your kids receive the sleep they need by taking this book's advice and treating sleep as the finest free therapy for better mental and physical health!
