Five star.
This is a fascinating book, giving the reader an overall understanding of making one's life healthier The first thing to state is that this is not "a diet book." This is a book about growing physically, psychologically and spiritually toward your higher, better self.

Easy to read.
I spaced the reading out over just a few days. The evolutionary history was a bonus. The bit about the connection between lactic acid buildup, pain, and endorphins has made me appreciate the burn. The book explains HIIT is a way that is easy to grasp. It is changing how I work out. Time will tell the results.

Fantastic.
I have been looking for a book that included nutrition as well as exercise suggestions. I had no idea this book would entail as much as it did as far as the breakdown between carbs, proteins, and fats.

Good !!!
The author explains the whole procedure in such a clear way that it motivates you to exercise and it doesn't feel like a chore. I live in a place where I have lots of stairs to climb down to get to the beach which takes my breath away but after learning the tips in this book I will be able to handle those stairs much easier.

Nice Book!!!
I’ve been an athlete since I was a kid and always taken pride in hard word being my advantage. That mindset has served me well. However, if I could have funneled that energy into this kind of training no telling where it could have led.
