About this listen
She’s been proposed to five times.
Five.
She even said yes to one of them.
And then broke his heart when she called it off. Not to mention her mother’s heart. And her grandmother’s. And his mother’s. And...you get the picture.
Paige Asher has now officially sworn off all dating. Diamonds give her hives.
All she wants is to be a yoga-doing, cat-collecting vegetarian in peace. Away from her marriage-crazy family and all their expectations.
So when her weekend fling turns into a real friend and offers her a place to escape, she finds herself on his doorstep in Louisiana. And right in the middle of not just one family wedding, but three. Of course.
Charming, sexy bayou boy Mitch Landry gets stuff done. Whatever anyone needs. From alligator-sitting to getting a buddy drunk to showing a woman a good time to fixing a swamp boat, he’s the man. No problem. No drama.
But he wants a hell of a lot more from Paige than a temporary friends-with-benefits arrangement. He wants to take care of her. And her five cats. He also really wants other men to stop asking her to marry them.
But if a roommate and a few orgasms are all she wants, that’s what he’ll deliver.
He can just be her friend and not commit the greatest sin of all...asking her for forever.
Probably.
*Paige and Mitch's story starts in the prequel, Oh, Fudge, part of the Hot Cakes series!

Low angst Landry family fun!
I was pleasantly surprised that this one turned out to be low angst. It wasn't my favorite of the Boys in the Bayou series, but not-my-favorite is still worth 4.5 stars. The Landry family characters from the previous books are very involved in this one, so you'll want to read the series in order.
Both Alan Carlson and Lili Valente were new narrators for me and I would listen to both of them again. I really appreciated the emotion that Lili Valente brought to the narration.

I love this series!!
This is the final book in the Boys of the Bayou series and I really have enjoyed this series, which I think is rom-com gold. It could be the setting, Autre, Louisiana, with gators, otters, snakes and the like. (I know. The wackiness is great) The characters are fantastic and I have loved being privy to the craziness that is the Landry family.
This book follows Paige and Mitch. Paige has been proposed to 5 times and as a 22 year old, she really just doesn’t want to get married yet. Mitch and she had a bit of a past and he offers her a place to escape to because she needs a commitment free present. Mitch is a dream. He’s the sweetest man and so adorable. Paige is a bit immature and I took a while to warm up to her because I did feel that initially, she was taking advantage of Mitch. But I loved how she grew through the book. And, I mean, she’s 22- I’m thinking most 22 year olds are a bit immature! The interaction between everyone, all the Landrys, was a dream. I wish that they were real because I'd love to go meet a family like theres.
I was sad about the Boys of the Bayou series coming to an end…until I realized, the next series features Griffin, the grumpy vet! I can’t wait to come back to Autre and I’m sure the humor, love and wackiness that is prevalent through this book will be throughout her next series.
I listened to the audiobook, narrated by Alan Carlson and Lili Valente. Alan Carlson is amazing- he has such fantastic control of his voice and I loved his slight twang. Lili Valente had the perfect voice for Paige and really immersed herself in the role. I also though she did well playing all the different characters.

Just Wonderful
Four Weddings and a Swamp Boat Tour was everything that I could ask for from a romantic comedy and everything that I expect when I pick up a book by Erin Nicholas.
I have loved every book in the Boys of The Bayou series I love the Landry family and their circle and Four Weddings and a Swamp Boat Tour immerses us right back into that world.
I adored Paige and Mitch's tale. It was sweet, steamy, funny, and all things Autrey.
The story was narrated by Tanner De Bruyne and Angie Hickman delivered fabulous performances. They injected the humour, romance, affection and warmth that embodies this fabulous story.

Loved this!
I received this audiobook at my request via promo code from The Flock and this is my honest voluntary review.
Mitch Landry wants Paige Asher in a bad way. Unfortunately, a lot of men have wanted Paige... 5 asked her to marry them and last time she even said yes! Until she quickly changed her mind and changed it to a no. A trail of broken hearts and a temporary roommate offer has her landing at Mitch Landrys doorstep. All she wants is a no-strings attached distraction from the mayhem she left behind and all he wants is to offer her forever.
“If the spectrum is crazy stalker to madly in love, which end are you closer to?”
This is Book 6 of the Boys of the Bayou series, which focuses on the lives and loves of the Landry family and those who adore them.
Personally I absolutely cannot get enough of this series, its such great escapism and the Erin Nicholas has made sure to have her characters be rich and knowledgeable, you feel like you are learning all about Louisiana and its beauty while the characters grow to love one another. Such a vibrant and rich world building, perfect for going on a mental vacay!

great audio
another amazing story about the Bayou, Landry family. Mitch and Paige meet through Tori. they both wanted just one night. one night turns into texting and Chats. Paige doesn't stand up for herself and he always wants to help. as their relationship grows so does the understanding of themselves.
one thing, I felt there was some fluff in story in an appropriate times. some things were repeated. all in all great.
the narrators are amazing. perfect for the store.

Fun, frolics and family.
I enjoyed this book when I read it but loved it at a whole new level with this recording. Lili Valente as always gave a stellar performance and brought the characters to life. Alan Carlson was new to me but I’ll look out for his narrations in future as he absolutely nailed it.
