A fab series!
I read this book years ago and loved it, but the audio version brings the characters to life thanks to Wendy Tremont King!

Fast paced story line
I really enjoyed this book and think it is the characters that make the series although the plot it pretty good too.
Shelby is asked to consult for the police on a difficult case but trying to come up with clues to back up what you know is true is never easy especial if you can't tell people that you read minds. She tried that before and it didn't go down well. In fact that is why the Mexican police are hassling her now. Uncle Joey (the only person other than her husband that know about her gift) is in trouble and for some reason everybody thinks Shelby can help , not sure that she wants to - well he isn't really her Uncle, Shelby has no choice when the CIA start planting bugs in her house, killer starts following her and someone is determined to kidnapper until she does what they want. Just another day for a mind reader.
With lots of clues and suspects this was a nice mystery that kept you interested until the end mainly to find out how Shelby got out of each predicament she found herself in.
The narrator did a great job bringing the characters to life.

Loved it
These are really well thought out books.
I haven't yet lost interest which tends to happen sometimes with audios.
Really really enjoyable without being gory, sweary or sickly sweet.
*I'm now on book four and I can’t fault them so far.

I love these Shelby Nichol's adventures.
What can I say. As the title suggests I love these books. I read them ages ago and they were brilliant stories to read. But Wendy Tremont-king really brings them to life. She becomes Shelby and unfortunately it's going to cost my bank balance as I'm finding I want to listen to them all.
Shelby goes to the bank and finds someone has made a massive deposit into her account. That's only the start, Dimples needs help with a case, Uncle Joey is away with Ramos trying to find his real neice Kate and Shelby is in danger and this could get her killed.
