Optimistic

I'm hopeful for long-term changes after listening to the hypnosis tracks in this book a couple times so far. I'm going to keep listening. I have struggled with emotional eating for my whole life, but this book has helped me to handle cravings and want to eat more healthy foods. The recipes in the PDF book that comes with the audiobook look amazing. I can't wait to try things like the breakfast burrito, zoodles with pesto, and the homemade chocolate snicker bars!
