A great way to boost self worth

I read that we have many negative thoughts each day. I was advised that repeating positive affirmations in front of a mirror could really help boost your self worth. What stood out for me in the audiobook was that you are enough. I enjoyed being able to pick out the affirmations that spoke to me. I have started the process of listening and repeating them each day.

Great book on affirmation to inspire positive thin

I have been trying to get back into affirmations and needed some inspiration to get started. This book was perfect in supplying me with guided affirmations, with and without music, and the tools, encouragement and examples to make my own and just get back into thinking positively!

My go to when I feel discoauraged

Negative self talk is unavoidable when your emotion/mood is on a swing due to varying uncontrollable reasons. I turn into this affirmations when I’m down. It is short so it is not too heavy to take in that can finish the entire audiobook each time. Whether I am on a stroll or on a train to and from work.
