About this listen
Empaths are naturally wired up to feel stronger connections to people in our lives and our environments. However, due to dysfunctional programming and society at large, we lose touch with our empathic gifts and instead go through life struggling and getting bogged down by others' energy.
Empaths take on negative energy which is dumped onto them that they don't desire or need and are clueless about how to protect one's energy. Our energy has been controlling us for many years. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the reality of who we are at our deepest core and initiate healing.
In this special two-in-one audiobook edition of Empath Healing 2 in 1, you'll discover:
- Proven secrets of emotional and spiritual healing for empaths
- Quick techniques for shielding and protecting your energy
- Ways to stop absorbing strong negative energies
- Steps for developing spiritual healing strategies
- Methods to overcome social anxiety
- Ways to form healthy relationships despite the sensitivities
- Steps for setting boundaries to say no to people and situations that are not right for you
- And much more....

Some helpful advice
You’ll find some helpful advice and useful insights to living life as an empath . Unfortunately, the narrator lets it down in places. A few “Eats shoots and leaves” moments and occasionally, areas completely devoid of any meaning because of a lack of pointing.
Despite these blips, it is still an interesting listen.
