good starting point
A nice starting point if you are thinking that you might be affected by emotional eating. The book tackled the issue in a very organized manner, didn't go too deep or wasn't too scientific nor technical. I wish there were more coping strategies that are easy to apply in real life.
Vidya's narration was flowing very nicely and her soft, steady voice suited this publication.
