Summary

A dangerous new world. A mysterious Guide. To survive, he must grow stronger, learn magic, and fast.

Mat thought he hit the jackpot when he got reincarnated on a tropical island. Where his dreams of exploring mysterious lands and learning magic are a concrete possibility.

But world of Elydes is as wild and savage as it is beautiful and magical.

Though the mysterious Guide is impartial to all, Mat has the lowest starting point possible. Those like him rarely go far.

To not let his humble rebirth define his life, he'll need to find the determination to progress in power so that he may unlock the mysteries of Elydes. Only then, can he rise.

Don't miss the start of this Isekai LitRPG adventure about a young man with a second chance to find his true potential. Filled with plenty of progression, a detailed System, constant growth, slice-of-life elements, xianxia elements, and so much more!

Still a kid in heart

Reincarnated but still feeling like a kid and acting like a kid which feels like a good choice. It’s a slow progression and character development story. Magic is like water in a desert or action in GoT!
The last action feels a bit awkward but for a 7 years old.

Can’t wait for the sequel!

New epic progression fantasy story

Someone recommended this story on Reddit and I’m glad I followed up. This is a long and exciting progression/isekai/reincarnation story. The mc is great and the only drawback is the age of the mc and their friends. For some reason the author made the mistake of choosing the toddler age range for the mc and their friends. This is a major problem with the entire story. I suggest you just suspend your disbelief for the entire book and just add ten years to the age of the protagonists. I have no idea why the author made such a big mistake in choosing such a low age for the mc and his friends. Stupid choice of mc age apart, the story is great, the dialogue (again just forget how young the mc and his friends are and pretend the author made a typo) is great the action is great. I went straight to royal road to read book two and three after finishing the audiobook as only book one is available. I recommend you give this a try and yes I know having the mc portrayed as a bad ass kicking superman at the age of six is a massive mistake, this is the authors first book and it’s now too late for them to rewrite it as the first three books are done. The marathon is good.

Average litRPG

If you ever read litRPG story then you probably can imagine how this one will go.

I was hopping for step away from standard level 1-100 skills but it wasn’t meant to be. The mechanic of race enhancements was slightly more interesting and I just wish the author leaned bit more towards making the system bit more unique and tailored to the story.

Story and characters are ok. I think that the rebirth aspect of the story was done well.

In essence nothing major is wrong but nothing stood out either.
