Time I’m never going to get back

Ordered the book after listening to an interview with Geoff which I liked but wow, the book is exact opposite of what I expected - it is superficial, repeating same bs as any other selfhelp and just overall useless. I wish I could claim back the time and money that I have totally wasted on this trash. Author should be ashamed.
