About this listen

The Levels focuses on challenges faced by business owners between the small to medium size transition - often a turbulent time for even the most accomplished entrepreneur.

A tried and tested model, author Ray Moore brings together his extensive knowledge, experience and challenges faced over his long and successful career in business ownership.

At its simplest, The Levels can be described as a manual for growth that focuses on the changes a business should put in place to make the difficult transition up from a small- to medium-sized company. At its most complex, it's a guide to challenging and changing your entire way of thinking!

I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to grow or make there more easy to manage. Simple as it sounds it's easy to get in a rut and not move. This book has helped me grow and be more organised in what to do to mange this growth.

Very good read and reference information I also brought a hard version as well as is good to see the charts in Ray's way. Might be a good idea to supply a pdf with the book too. Still was worth buying both.

The right book for progression and understanding in my Busienss makes more sense what is to be done and why very useful
