Profound
This book, along with others in the series by Dr Hawkins, have helped me through some difficult times (more than you will ever know). These books are so valuable in helping to transcend the ego. Don’t just listen one time- Listen over and over. You pick up new meaning every time. Drown out the egoic mind and bombard it because that’s what it’s been doing to you for all this time. The contemplation and experience is just beautiful & I hope these books do the same for you ❤️

Essential reading for the serious spiritual seeker
I listen to all of the David Hawkins books I have, at least twice, and this was no exception. The depth of knowledge and direct experience is second to none. Forget *all* other spiritual teachers/authors and do yourself a massive favour, devote your time and energy to studying all of Hawkins' work. It's the best investment in your spiritual evolution, along with doing the A Course in Miracles workbook - also recommended by Hawkins. Gloria in excelsis Deo.
