A Very Positive Guide
While I enjoy positive affirmations and yoga, I wasn’t really sure what mindfulness meant. This was a useful audiobook as it helped to explain what the term really means. It is also true that there are many myths about positive affirmations in particular, so it was interesting to listen to those myths being debunked.

A must listen!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and recommended it to everyone I know. the narration is fabulous and content clearly well researched. This book given me a greater understanding of mental health. It looks at so much more than one 'illness' and takes a deep dive into the realities and stories of those living with and also having loved ones living with severe mental health issues. I’m so thankful to the author and narrator.

Nice listen
Nice listen on how to improve your mental state by the power of yoga ,which is great for mental health . learn some meditation and learn about the power of positive affirmations by swapping negative thoughts with positive ones. Good positive listen for a better clearer mind

Informative and helpful!
I have to admit I believed in some of the myths the author talks about in her book!!
I have found this book really useful.!
I recently started doing yoga and practising positive affirmations which I kind of made up myself!
I was looking for a book that would help me stay focused and start practising properly and this book has done exactly that.

An audiobook I will likely listen to again...
Being someone who has struggled with mental health issues I was eager to listen to this audiobook. I wasn't disappointed as it did such a good job in breaking down how each of the practices of meditation, yoga and affirmations can help you to lead a happier life.
