Delicious recipes and enlightening!

I don't have many cookbooks in my digital library, so I appreciate the easy to follow format. This books guides one through an eating plan from shopping list to recipes, while stressing the importance of moving at a comfortable pace and making changes that will be for the long-term. I have a family history of hypertension, and it "woke me up" to the importance of healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle!

It is more than helpful audible.

After recent cardiac bypass surgery, this book has simple recipes to give me a place to start following the recommended low sodium diet

Great book. It is very interesting! I can't recommend this book highly enough. With this diet you can help your self or someone you love to be healthier. Delicious recipes that are not hard to make and they taste amazing!

DASH to better heart health.

The book seems like a great resource with several recipes that contain no more than 5 ingredients. The recipes will show you how to make your favorite recipes more heart healthy.

Great book! Lots of great recipes.

The Complete DASH Diet for Beginners is a great introduction to the DASH Diet. Each recipe has an ingredient tip or a substitution tip. The recipes are easy to follow, but I would like to see more photos of the finished recipe. I received this book for free from the publisher.
