Very uselful
I found this book had a lot of useful information and steps to follow that will help me look forward to a brighter future. It is very well constructed, not too in depth and not too consise. I was especially impressed by the last chapter as some of the information in the book can seem a little overwhelming and a hard ladder to climb when you are feeling in a difficult place. I felt the conclusion approached this well and I felt a lot more positive at the end. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who may feel they need it.

this is what you want my fellow CBTers
a step by step instructional guide, absolutely what I was looking for. I do not need to know 3 hours of history like certain other books

All the basics, robotic narration
Decent book, covers all the basics, robotic narration. I'll probably listen again in the future as a refresher.
