Life changing approach to being a better human!

I just love this book. So simple yet profound life changing approach to being a better human. We all know that practice makes perfect, but it's the realization that that this applies to absolutely everything you do and not just running a mile and playing the piano. It includes the negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors too. Practice being negative and you get good at being negative, practice being forgiving, understanding and loving and guess what, you get good at that too! I can't recommend this book enough.

I would love to see more from Frank Forencich on Audible soon please!

Thank you for this book

A beautiful book

Beautiful Practice is a profoundly insightful book that provides a superb lens through which to view and approach life. 3* on the "performance" category of the review because my personal preference is the author reads their own material, but that's just me. The actual content of what's being delivered is potentially life altering, e.g. it signposts an attitude, approach and ways in which to apply these in a way that's deeply centring. It is a book that feels cohesive, well researched, structured and of great depth. Well done and thank you, Frank Forencich.

essential subject matter for humans

A great book, outlining a practical, fundamental philosophy for living, addressing mind, body, soul and community. I've read widely on the human condition, taking in science and spirituality. I strongly recommend this book for anyone interested in holistic personal growth, psychology, meaning and purpose, ecology, sustainability, anthropology etc.
