Summary

A young New England woman with roots in northern Maine leaves her Connecticut childhood home, escaping first across the country after college, then across the ocean - chasing her inner demons.

After returning to her country, landing in New York City in the mid 1980s, then purchasing a family home in northern Maine in 1997, she is finally able to dissolve the demons, sharing the tools that helped her along the way through first teaching and then, creating a retreat in the home of her roots of northern Maine - the whole journey about discovering and living your inner truth.

Life changing story!

Book written with heart by a woman of heart that was not afraid to
live! Someone who had enough courage to follow that inner voice which
always whispers. Balancing with bunions… takes us through many
different themes along the way. More than anything, this is a
beautiful story about life, choices that we need to make, and about
healing. Healing through yoga’s path. Healing that is a long term and
difficult process of becoming who we are meant to be, and as Donna
shows us, sometimes is simply driven by fear. Many times we all are
looking for love in all the wrong places. This story proves us that
everything is possible if we don’t give up, but keep up! Excellent
descriptions of nature in Northern Main - extremely vivid and
realistic that you can get impression that you have been there, even
if you have not( like myself!). What’s more, this book is reading by
Author herself! Donna’s amazing voice and acting talent makes this
whole listening experience absolutely magic! Highly recommended to
everyone who is willing to open his heart and mind and set off in
beautiful journey with Donna!
