Juan Cabrillo and the crew of the Oregon are back in an explosive adventure

A hypersonic missile. A genetically engineered army. A worldwide plot of destruction...

When Juan Cabrillo, captain of the Oregon, is hired to extract an undercover operative in Kenya, he finds himself on the trail of a deadly international plot. A Saudi Prince seeks to unleash a deadly assault on U.S. forces, sparking a new war in the Middle East and ultimately destroying Israel.

In their quest to stop him, Cabrillo's crew are about to meet their most fearsome adversaries yet: a force of bio-hacked soldiers endowed with extreme strength and stamina and an unquenchable appetite for violence.

From the remote depths of Amazon rainforest to an abandoned monastery in Eritrea, to a final showdown on the jagged mountains of Yemen, the Oregon team must use every shred of courage and cunning they can muster on this global pursuit to disable the ship-killer missile - before the Arabian Sea becomes a mass grave...

Gripping

Complex, lots of action & loveable characters. Plenty to enjoy in this book. Good humour but serious, realistic technology.

Oregon

Good story but a little meandering and needed the summation to clarify everything but generally enjoyable

Gripping.

Awesome in true Cussler fashion. Mike Madden does an outstanding job of continuing the adventures of the Oregon and crew. Scott brick does, as always, bring the text book completely to life. Beautiful, love listening to his narrations.

excellent

Great book as always

hvorfor skal man bruge 15 ord når 4 ord kan beskrive bogen i sin helhed, underlig praksis. men bogen er stadig god

Struggled to enjoy

Really struggled with this story as it seemed too convoluted. The first Oregon files book I've not enjoyed

I have loved Cussler’s books for….

I have love Clive Cussler’s books for many many years, with each series offering something slightly different. The Oregon series has been a particular favourite as not only the characters are first rate but the Oregon itself is magnificent. I do feel that this book leaves the ships abilities generally unmentioned. Having said that I like the fact that Maurice has finally been truly recognised.

One of the best series on Audible

Another triumphant book for the oragon series. Scott Brick as always has done a masterful job of narrating. I hope for another book in the near future!!

Intriguing story with a story

Never disappoints an element of reality embellished with fiction and riveting story telling. Compelling to the end.

Very poor

A poorly read and disjointed novel. Not up to Clive Cusslers usual standard. I struggled with the first few chapters but eventaully gave up and returned the book.
